July 23, 1936, was a big day for Topeka, Kansas. On that day, the city held a big celebration in honor of Alf Landon being nominated for president. This impressive celluloid pin from that event is attached to a 4 3/4 inch felt sunflower with a Trapp Print Shop of Topeka card attached to back. Excellent condition.
