Jackson County, Mo., Courthouse built while Harry Truman was the local presiding judge, 1 1/4 inch celluloid, cracks. There was a time when in excellent condition this pin regulartly brought over $200. That is not now as appatrently a few have turned up and this one does have problems. A very low starting price to assure the consignor sells his pin.
