President Roosevelt traveled to St. Louis on April 30, 1903, to commemorate the signing of the Louisiana Purchase and to dedicate ceremonies for the St. Louis World’s Fair. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid with Whitehead and Hoag back paper from the dedication is excellent.
