Scarce Jimmy Carter Minnesota Staff 2 1/4 inch celluloid, excellent condition. Often ranked as the best Minnesota pin for Carter from 1976, it was ordered by the state DFL chairman for Carter staffers in Minnesota. Very tough pin has sold over $100 three times and never for less than $56.
