The Listman Mill Co. of LaCrosse, Wisc., was famous for its Marvel Flour. It also is famous for producing this scarce Theodore Roosevelt 1 1/4 inch celluloid made for TR’s visit to LaCrosse in 1902. The pin has a few very slight edge marks on curl at left, Whitehead and Hoag paper, and a dynamic design extolling the virtues of Marvel Flour. Pin in excellent condition sold for over $1,500 twenty-five years ago.
