The Durham County, North Carolina, Young Republicans turned out this pin in 1980 to support Ronald Reagan and friends. It’s a 2 1/4 inch celluloid that includes Beverly Lake for governor, Bill Cobey for lieutenant governor and John East for the U.S. Senate. East gained a slim victory over Robert Morgan, but Lake wasn’t so fortunate, losing big to James Hunt. Excellent condition.
