Franklin Roosevelt’s mother was from Georgia, so when FDR paid a visit to Atlanta in November of 1935 it was a homecoming of sorts. This rare 1 1/4 inch “Welcome President Roosevelt” celluloid has a Floding Co. of Atlanta back paper, excellent condition.
