Charles Evans Hughes would have appreciated this 1 1/4 inch celluloid because it gets straight to the point. Hughes was a legendary hard worker who it was said grew a beard and stopped smoking because it saved time he could use to work. This is a hard-working pin with bright red border and sharp photo of Hughes in his judicial robes. a very rare Hughes item with Coe back paper and it is in excellent condition. Bright color and exceptional centering.
