The temperance movement in Columbus, Ohio, pulled out the big guns for this rare paper pennant advocating prohibition. It’s a 25 1/2 inch pennant picturing Abraham Lincoln and William McKinley with the slogan “Safety First Means Ohio Dry.” It even includes quotes from the great men warning about the dire effects of alcohol and voting to support the liquor trade. A spectacular item in excellent condition.
