Jimmy Carter issued a challenge at a congressional dinner at the White House in June of 1979. Carter said if Ted Kennedy ran against him in 1980, he would whip his ass. It immediately became a famous moment and was the inspiration for this colorful 2 1/4 inch celluloid. It shows a Carter grin issuing the challenge to Kennedy. Excellent condition.
