This postcard is dated April 24, 1942, and spells out the instructions for the Japanese-American internment in California. A scarce 3 1/4 by 5 1/2 inch postcard printed by the Japanese Association of North America, it provides a chilling reminder of a difficult chapter in American history. Excellent condition. Our consignor, a postcard specialist, took years to find this postcard.
