James M. Cox of Ohio made it big as a journalist and then made it big in politics as governor of Ohio. This 1920 celluloid was part of his effort for one more step up the ladder to the White House. It’s a very scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid that ended up being from his final political race, a loss to Warren Harding. Great Cox photo pin, excellent condition. Very tough pin from the Gil Gleason collection.
