Boston’s James Michael Curley was a true political character. In 1932, he was kept off the Massachusetts delegation to the Democratic National Convention so he wrangled an appointment as a delegate from Puerto Rico! This scarce 2 1/4 inch celluloid showed Curley’s support for FDR, which turned out to be only temporary. A great pin we have never offered before but has brought big bucks in other sales.
