The International Society for Crippled Children was founded by Edgar Allen in Cleveland in 1919. We know his program today as Easter Seals. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid and name badge is from a 1927 meeting of the group in Cincinnati. Unusual cause pin in excellent condition from the Al Anderson collection.
