Herbert Hoover and Albert Ottinger are the candidates on this 1928 New York coattail ribbon. Ottinger lost his campaign for governor by the narrowest of margins to Franklin Roosevelt. This 8 inch ribbon with 2 1/8 inch Hoover celluloid was made for a Republican County Committee captain. Excellent condition.
