Harry Daugherty was one of the “Ohio Gang.” He was Warren Harding’s campaign manager and attorney general and was at the center of the Harding Administration scandals. Francis Marion's biography of Harding talked how few people could look him in the eye as he had one blue eye and the other was brown. He committed suicide in his office as all of the scandals were coming to light. This rare 1 1/4 inch celluloid pictures Harry promising “Bread, Butter and Business.” William H.
