Wow. This is an almost overwhelming banner from the Stan Mersand collection. It’s a giant canvas banner from Washington made for the 1944 election. It measures 4 feet by 6 feet, nine inches and has wooden inserts at top and bottom. The banner supports Tom Dewey, John Bricker and Washington candidates Harry Cain, Walt Horan, Arthur Langlie and Victor Zednick. It is printed on both sides. It does have some stains, but overall is in very good shape.
