Fred Warner served as governor of Michigan from 1905 to 1911. Warner was born in England, orphaned at three months of age, then adopted by a family in Farmington, Michigan. He grew up to a long career in politics. This 7/8 inch celluloid has Whitehead and Hoag back paper and is in excellent condition.
