The original Ferris Wheel was built by Pittsburgh bridge builder George Washington Gale Ferris Jr. for the 1893 Columbian Exposition in Chicago. It was dismantled and moved to St. Louis for the 1904 World’s Fair in Missouri for one final appearance before being demolished a few years later. This rare 2 1/4 inch celluloid mirror pictures the legendary attraction. Excellent condition.
