A big celebration was held at the Astor Hotel to support Franklin Roosevelt in 1932. This 2 ¼ by 3 ½ inch metal ticket got you in the door. Stars at the event included Douglas Fairbanks, Gene Tunney, George Jessel, Irving Berlin, Joan Crawford, Milton Berle, Sophie Tucker, Will Rogers and more. It was held on Oct. 16, 1932 and this scarce ticket is in excellent condition.
