There really aren’t the right words to describe this Franklin Roosevelt and John “Cactus Jack” Garner jugate. This celluloid pin is extremely rare – we are aware of perhasps two of these pins that exist. Not only that, it’s a very attractive pin. The 1 3/4 inch celluloid features a classic American Flag design and has a Whitehead and Hoag back paper. It is attached to a red ribbon and name badge, which has Whitehead and Hoag imprint on back. Excellent condition. This pin is from the Gary Kranz collection and is almost never seen, let alone offered for sale. A very special opportunity. Is this the only one ? Perhap,s I know when he won it was the only chance I recall and it was from the Joe Jacobs collection. About 25 years ago, Gary paid $14,000 for this pin. Obviously we have never offered before. One of the greatest FDR jugates.
