A very special Eugene Debs item with a rich history. This 8 1/2 by 10 1/2 inch bronze memorial plaque picturing Debs that was presented to Mr. and Mrs. James Miller of Terre Haute, Indiana, by the national office of the Socialist Party. The Millers were friends of the Debs family and the plaque was given to them in appreciation for the work they did for the party. A copy of this original plaque hangs in the Debs Museum in Terre Haute. This original was obtained by Marshall Goldberg from the Millers’ daughter in 1987 and now it can be a part of your collection. Excellent condition, a once in a lifetime opportunity.
