A very unusual Eugene Debs related item. This is a large wooden printing block made for a publication of the Debs Educational Society. The society was founded in Debs; hometown, Terre Haute, Indiana, after his death. This 6 by 9 inch block features a dramatic hand and wrench design and is in excellent condition.
