Oscar DePriest was a groundbreaking African-American political from Chicago. In 1928, DePriest became the first elected black congressman outside of the South. He was an early civil rights advocate and a true Chicago legend. This rare 1 inch litho is an America First item with a few tiny nicks. From an old time collection, very scarce.
