A campaign card printed after James Cox announced he was running for governor of Ohio. Cox served as a congressman from 1909-1913. This 3 1/2 by 5 1/2 inch card has quotes from his announcement speech printed on the back. An unusual, early Cox campaign item. There is stain at top center on Cox’s forehead.
