A very scarce First Lady pin made in early 1976 to support Rosalynn Carter. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid is from Coles County, Illinois, and is dated Feb. 11, 1976 for an event held there in Carter’s honor. We don’t recall offering this pin before. Excellent condition.
