Charles Evans Hughes strikes a presidential pose on this celluloid campaign fob from 1916. The celluloid image of Hughes is surrounded by a metal fob with horseshoe design. Hughes needed just a little more luck in the election. He went to bed thinking he had won, but when California unexpectedly went for Woodrow Wilson, Hughes ended up coming up short. This 1 1/2 inch item is in excellent condition.
