Unusual 2 1/4 inch celluloid picturing Mr. Peanut (Jimmy Carter for president) and a shoe with a hole in the sole (Adlai Stevenson III). Stevenson was a U.S. senator from 1970-1981 so we believe this pin is a proposed Democratic ticket pin from 1976.
