This Chicago mayoral election pin from 1903 features some great artwork. The lady on the Carter Harrison horse refuses to swap in the middle of the stream; the other horse carries the names of Harrison’s opponent Graeme Stewart and Harrison critic William Lorimer. It’s a 1 3/4 inch celluloid in excellent condition. For many years collectors tried to make it a Benjamin Harrison item but it fits perfectly with Carter Harrison and Chicago.
