Carrie Nation described herself this way: “A bulldog running along at the feet of Jesus, barking at what He doesn’t like.” She became famous for her “hatchitations” that destroyed saloons. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid is a rare Carrie Nation pin – so rare, in fact, that we’ve never seen it before. It has some faint spots but is a rare opportunity. The pin pictures a hatchet, of course, along with the shattered glass of a saloon window.
