Oscar E. Carlstrom was a Spanish-American War veteran who served as Illinois state attorney general from 1925-1933. As you can see on this scarce celluloid, he also was a candidate for governor of Illinois in the 1932 GOP primary. It’s a 1-inch celluloid, excellent condition.
