James Blaine and John Logan pictured with David Henderson of Iowa on a rare 9 1/2 inch ribbon. Henderson later became the first Speaker of the House from west of the Mississippi. He ended up leaving office under the cloud of an alleged scandal with a young woman. Some things never change in Washington! Excellent condition.
