Little Rock, Arkansas, home of Bill Clinton, had a lot to celebrate on Election Day in 1996. Their man, the only Arkansan ever to serve as president, was on his way to a convincing re-election victory. This colorful 2 1/4 inch celluloid was made especially for that victory party in Little Rock. Excellent condition.
