Ben Dobbs ran for Congress as a communist on the Peace and Freedom Party ticket in California in 1968. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid from that race pictures Dobbs, who worked for the Communist Party for years before leaving the party and becoming a devoted socialist. Excellent condition.
